Donation Request Submission Form

The Livonia-Westland Chamber of Commerce explicitly states:

Donations will only be considered from member of the Livonia-Westland Chamber of Commerce. 

• All significant donations or sponsorships must be reviewed by the Chamber Leadership Team, especially when linked to marketing or promotional benefits.
• The Chamber will not donate to GoFundMe or any other third-party donation sites.
• Donation amount is limited to a maximum of $150, maximum of 1 per year.
• Members can submit a donation request via the request form below.

Please allow the Chamber time to review your donation request. Approvals may take anywhere from two weeks to up to one month.
